Dona Hardy, 95, of Campbellsville, died at 5:58 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, in Campbellsville.
Daughter of the late Judson Berry and Mavis Warren Berry, she was born Dec. 2, 1918, in Hardin County, Ky.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
She was married to James A. Hardy. He preceded her in death Jan. 5, 1992.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, the Rev. J. Alvin and Peggy Hardy of Campbellsville; three grandchildren, Jim Hardy and his wife, Lorri, of Campbellsville, Pam Hardy of Nashville, Tenn., and Kathy Snow and her husband, Eddie, of Wilmington, N.C.; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, a nephew and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Sue Hardy, on Dec. 14, 1958; two brothers, Willie Berry and James Berry; and a sister, Nannie Belle Cornett.
Funeral was Thursday, Jan. 16, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. The Rev. J. Alvin Hardy officiated.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Elizabethtown, Ky.
Family requests expressions of sympathy be in the form of donations to Gideon Bibles and they can be made at the funeral home.
