Mr. Babbit was one of the best teachers I've ever had, and on top of that a great man. I have so many memories from his class even though it was 19 years ago. He is one of the few teachers I kept in contact with after graduation. About six years ago I visited the high school to say hi. It was like old times when I popped in his classroom. We were able to catch up and shared videos of our kids. He was so proud of his children. To his family, I will be praying for you. For comfort, for peace, for healing. Please know that Babbit touched so many young lives and had life long impacts on so many of us. This is what we will cherish and hold onto.

My son Scott was a student 20 + years ago. With deep condolences. We are praying for you that God may lighten your hearts through this most difficult time.

Don was a good neighbor, a good dad to his kids, and a good man all around. I always enjoyed talking with him, about sports, cars, education, anything at all. People in the neighborhood will miss Don. Our deep condolences to Page, Zoe, and Lachlan.
