Donald Charles Blackwell Jr.

Donald Blackwell Jr., of Lacey Township, peacefully passed away on January 30th, 2025, after a brave six-year battle with cancer. Throughout his life, Don approached each day with a kind heart and an unwavering positive outlook. Don was a fan of all sports, an avid fisherman and nature lover. Don found peace and joy in the great outdoors, especially his annual trips to Spruce Run with his friends. He also had a deep passion for music, which brought him immense happiness. As a skilled electrical contractor, Don was well-known and respected in the local community.

He leaves behind a circle of family and friends who will cherish his memory. In honor of his love for wildlife. if you wish, a donation can be made to the Cape May Zoo, one of Don's favorite places. If you head out fishing, drop a line in for Don, it is sure to catch a fish.
