Born December 1, 1920 in Rumsey, Alberta passed away peacefully on February 9, 2015 in Surrey, BC. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 70 years Ruth; his daughter Alanah (Jack); 2 grandchildren Jacob and Susanah; 1 great granddaughter Annabelle; relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC. Burial to follow. Condolences may be offered at www.victoryfuneralcentre.ca.

To the Currie family, I moved in next door to Mr. & Mrs Currie when I was about 12 with my family. I only have good memories of my neighbors. I was the oldest of the 4 kids and we were always outside and loud. Not once did we receive anything but a warm smile from Mr. Currie. He will be missed. Please accept my condolences.
