In Loving Memory of Donald Anthony D'Angelo

October 21, 1971 - January 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Anthony D'Angelo, lovingly known as "Tony", a kind and gentle soul with a sweet demeanor, who was tragically found deceased in his trailer. He leaves behind cherished memories of love, compassion, and dedication to family and friends.

Tony was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved reading, finding comfort in stories that sparked his imagination, and enjoyed watching comedians who brought laughter to his days.

A devoted father figure, Tony helped raise two boys with his former wife, taking immense pride in their accomplishments and the people they grew to be. His love for them was steadfast and enduring.

A man of great heart, Tony demonstrated extraordinary strength and compassion by caring for his beloved parents during their final days. After over a year of selfless devotion, he grieved deeply when they passed away within months of each other. He often spoke with tears in his eyes of how much he missed them, finding solace in believing that one day he would be reunited with them once more.

Born on October 21, 1971, Tony's journey through life touched many who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will forever be cherished by those who loved him.

Donations may be made to Norvel Owens Funeral Home to honor his life and assist with his cremation and memorial ceremony.

May he find peace and light in the arms of those he missed so deeply.

He would always tell funny jokes and would be super nice. He was a very good person. He always knew how to lighten the mood.

Tony was a great bass player. We had a lot of fun playing music together. I also enjoyed camping, kayaking, and hiking with Tony. I have many fond memories of the time I got to spend with him. He could be cantankerous and rowdy, and also had a good heart.

Rest in peace Tony! Thanks for being a good uncle to Logan when he was younger.

My first memory of Tony was at Coconino high school 1988. I was the new kid in town and he had a Jean jacket with a Metallica back patch so I had to befriend him. He always was quick to laugh- had a smile.
