Donald D. "Don" Derrick

Don, even though you have gone on to join your parents and the rest of our family who have died, I feel your spirit, still. You were my inspiration for joining the Air Force years ago, just like you did. I wish we could have spent more time together through the years. As your last surviving first cousin on the Derrick side, I will try to live up to your great legacy. R.I.P. Donald D. Derrick.

Don was my sweet cousin from my wonderful Aunt Earline and Uncle Derrick, who I'd visit as a kid...we had a lot of great laughter and he and Faye were a great help to me when my mom died! God Bless all the family...and know he's with all the family in Heaven, we'll meet, again!

We were so sorry to hear of Don's passing. He was such a kind person and always had a smile for everyone. Needless to say, he will be missed, greatly. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
