Donald "Don" Salvucci Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 6, 2025.
Donald "Don" Arthur Salvucci, 78, of Needham, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025, surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his own home.

Don was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew him. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Linda Salvucci; his son, Don Salvucci Jr., and his partner, Annie Stordahl; his daughter, Melissa Vizard, and her fiancé, Stephen Pacewicz; and his five cherished grandchildren, Gina and Jessica Vizard, and Kannon, Kayla, and Sophie Salvucci.

As the founder of Omni Associates, Don's professional life was marked by integrity, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to his work and the people around him. Yet, his true passion lay in his family. He was the epitome of a family man - always there to offer support, wisdom, and love. His devotion to his family knew no bounds, and he lived by the values of loyalty, dependability, and selflessness.

Don had a deep love for boating and spent countless hours on the water, where he felt at peace, often accompanied by his family. But his greatest joy came from creating memories with his loved ones. He was a protector at heart, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of those he cared for, and his love extended far beyond his immediate family, touching the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Don showed everyone the true meaning of love, dedication, and loyalty. He had a way of making each person feel special, always showing up when it mattered most and giving of himself without hesitation. His strength, bravery, and unwavering loyalty will forever be remembered by his family, friends, and community.

Private services will be held at home for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to VNA Hospice and Palliative Care in memory of Don Salvucci to support patient care at VNA and Palliative Care, Fund Development Office, (100 TradeCenter, Suite G500, Woburn, MA 01801-1872) or via www.vnacare.org/donors.

Don's legacy of love, strength, and devotion will live on through his family and all who were fortunate to have known him.
