I only learned yesterday of your loss. I am so sorry to hear. I thought a lot of Mr. Dugan, as I do your entire family. He was a loving husband, a strong father, a faithful Christian, and a great man. In faith, I believe we'll see him again some day. May God's love and peace be with you all.

Dora, I am so sorry for the loss of Don..what a great man..with such a wonderful sense of humor..along with his support for The Ladies of Charity..his Faith in Holy Ghost..and his unwavering love for You and all your family. The world has lost a magnificent and ever-giving man in Don...know he is forever in your hearts and know he will be shining down from Heaven..and watching over his beloved Family.

We have lost a long and dear friend - the first new friend we made when we came to Knoxville and were fortunate enough to live next door to the Dugans. Our condolences to all,

Michael, words can not explain how sorry I am for you and your family. Losing my father has been the most difficult thing I have ever experienced. I pray that God wraps his loving arms around you and your family, that He will give you peace and strength to face each day. You are in my prayers.
