My Grandmother, Sadie Maude Hunt, must have known Don and Margery as I was just researching a wedding announcement for them which was in her scrapbook. She went to Fairview Christian Church with Don's parents, I think. Sorry to hear of his passing. God Bless.

My sympathy to you all on Don's passing after 94 wonderful years. He was a great influence on me through First Methodist. The Enoch house is a landmark of my growing up from MYF events to just hanging out. I still remember the huge MYF garage sale there that set a sales record. Another of my cherished memories is Klaus' year with you. When I was last in Wichita, I pointed out the Enoch house to my wife and children as an important place from my youth. Now with his passing and reading the comments, I feel like Don has pulled our incredible MYF somewhat back together. Wow, what an impact! Cherish your memories which have to be even richer than mine. I'll keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

I send my deepest sympathy on hearing of the loss of Don Enoch. I have many pleasant memories of times spent at the Enoch home for MYF/UMYF gatherings and parties and just to be friends especially with Rollie and Craig. Don and Margery were always so welcoming of us all in the home. I treasure the memories of Don and the family. You all will remain in my thoughts in the coming days and weeks, and I wish you all well as you move forward in your lives.
Shalom, Tom Boyle

I met Mr. Enoch and his lovely wife sixteen years ago on a trip to France. As a member of Senseney Comm. Band we had been invited by the Sister Cities Committee to perform for the fiftieth anniversary of D-Day,inc. a performance in Wichtia's sister city - Orleans. Mr. Enoch was a founding member of the Sister Cities group and he and his wife accompanied us on the trip. I had a chance to visit with him on a couple of different occasions during the trip; he was so kind and sweet and personable and a true gentleman. My condolences to his wife and children. I know he will be missed.

Dear Margery, Rollie, Craig, Mark, and Dawn,
It was early this afternoon that I was led, through a very distant acquaintance, (seemingly by accident) to Mark's Facebook and wrote him of his kind letter to me when Kathy passed away. I only learned this evening of Don's passing, but the Lord was tugging at my heart about your family and your needs earlier today. After seeing Mark's pictures of all of you, I was compelled to pray for the Enochs, whatever your needs may be. And I was shedding tears of empathy for you all! Oh, What a Friend we have in Jesus and the Holy Spirit!!! I want you to know and be reassured that He is everywhere present, whispering in the hearts and minds of those who love Him about the love and caring He has for all of His children, especially in their time of need. We are deeply saddened to hear about Don, and we will always remember him superbly emceeing our First Christmas Show in 1996! He has made a deep, lasting impression on all of those who knew him, as has your entire family. May the Lord lift up your hearts through this difficult time. Our love and prayers will continue...

Dear Margery, Rollie, Craig and Dawn,
I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. He was so passionate about his music, Triad will miss his piano. He was a steadfast fixture at First Methodist. MYF at your house was always a treat.

Dear Enoch Family--
Our hearts are with you at this tender time of loss. Don was truly a "good and faithful servant", touching so many lives, and serving in so many ways.
We remember Don as a wonderful High School Sunday School teacher at First United Methodist Church in Wichita, KS. He was challenging, yet nurturing as we teenagers were discovering who we were and what we believed.
We also remember the Enoch home being a welcoming home with plenty of music, laughter, and love.
You will remain in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days and weeks as you journey through the transitions that are ahead.
We send our Love to each of you,
Doug and Carol(Anderson) Boyle

I've known of Don Enoch for many years. I got to know Don Enoch about 3 years ago when I joined the Retired Professional And Business Men's club. I will long remember a kind caring man. But my best memory his playing the piano before the start of our meeting. Some people can play the notes but Don Enoch and the piano became one and the results were beautiful. To his family you will be blessed with great memories.

I appreciated the leadership he gave to the Kiwanis clubs when he served as Kiwanis state governer. Always graciious even if he did not share same opinion. T.G. Weber Kiwanis-Liberal

Truly a "Gentle-One-of-a-Kind-Man" will be missed. Mr. Enoch's greatest contributions to society of kindness and generosity, but most of all his legacy of family and children are the greatest gifts of all. We are fortunate to have known him. Our love and prayers are with you all.

What do you say about a man like Don Enoch? He was a gentleman, a talent, a friend and he lived a life of honor in the way he loved life and people. The world was lucky to have this man for 94 years and I pray for his loved ones who will miss him most.

Margery and Family: Don most certainly was from the Greatest Generation. It was my pleasure to assist you and Don for a few years and I will always remember the gratitude he expressed for even the smallest thing I might have done for him. He reminded me of my father and the men of that generation who were humble in their success and honorable in all things. I will always remember and appreciate the times he would say: "Thank you, friend." God bless you all. ---John Shay
