I talked to Don on the phone in December and he seemed fine. We talked about our time at Newton High and how he got his hockey scholarship to BC and his time in the Army. At one time we both lived in Medfield, MA. and would run in to each other in the square. A good guy!

I was fortunate to have Don as a friend, enjoyed playing golf with him, but most of all he was a great guy, lots of fun and never at a loss for words.

Played a lot of golf with Don in Pelican Sound. Great guy to spend time with-spoke his mind & liked his beer! He will be missed! Dave Mkiller
