I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I knew him years ago when we were in high school. He was a year behind me but we attended youth group at First United Methodist Church. He was always a fun-loving and nice guy. I hope that in time, good memories will overshadow the painful ones. Christ's Peace be with you.

I was so shocked to hear of Don's passing. I graduated school with him in '72, and thought he was a really nice guy. He was always friendly to me, and we sported much the same haircuts at that time. We had a nice conversation at our high school reunion back in 2002, and I always meant to get back with him, but life always seems to have other plans for us... To his wife and children whom I did not know, please accept my sincere condolences... He was a quiet, unassuming, and fine man from what I remember of him, and I'm sure the whole community up there will miss him. I would love to be there for the service, but I live in Myrtle Beach, SC, and unfortunately will not be able to come. But I will keep you all in my prayers, and hope that the pain in your hearts from his loss will be short lived, and turned into happy memories that will live on forever.
