It was my pleasure to both know and work for Don as that is how are working relationship was. Don was a manager but he did understand us as individuals. He and I had a few disagreements It the two of us enjoyed it,
. I think the highest compliment Don gave me was appearing at my place at 100 Fed St and asking me to make sure his son who was going to internship with us learned somthing.
Knowing Don was. Dorsey Wright devotee we had his son take the free course and advise me about technical trading. This worked out well as the child surprised him one day with a technical opinion
Don was a leader who understood his people and accentuated them
