Such great memories of Don here. I started my 37 year career at Tektronix as a drafter in the Specifications Writing Group he managed. His teaching skills were far more than just in writing. While being analytical when editing, he used his good humor to assure consistency across a team of a half dozen diverse personalities. We stayed in touch every few years until he left the company. He was one of many managers who really embraced the founder's ethos to bring out the best in every employee.
