Donald A. "Don" Henson, 66, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away December 28, 2017. He was born in Houston, Texas on April 5, 1951. He graduated from King High School in Kingsville, Texas. He had a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Del-Mar College. He married Patricia A. Henson on April 5, 1975. Don worked for the City of Corpus Christi. He was a member of Summit Church Texas and served as a Deacon. He had a passion for Bookkeeping, Cooking and preparing income taxes.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Henson; children, LeAnn Christine Smith and Donald Arthur Henson; grandchildren, Justin L. Jacobson, Isaac Smith, Mieko Smith, Orion Smith, Joey J. Henson, Samanda P. Henson, Dustin R. Henson and Robert K. Henson and brothers and sisters, Carol R. Henson, Robert Henson and Mike Henson.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Funeraria del Angel - Memorial Holly Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., January 4, 2018 at Summit Church Texas, 6301 Weber Road, Corpus Christi, Texas. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
