DONALD MARSHALL Obituary
Age 76, formerly of West Mifflin, PA, passed away suddenly on March 26, 2015, in his Somerset, PA home. Don was retired from U.S. Steel, Homestead Works as a Supervisor in the Diesel shop, as well as West Mifflin Borough Maintenance Department. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Marshall, of 58 years; son, Donnie (Rose) Marshall of North Huntingdon, PA; daughter, Nadine (Marshall) and her husband, Myron Sainovich, of Chippewa, PA; five grandchildren, Courtney and Nathan Sainovich, Chealsea Marshall, Nicole Page, Natalie Clark; and also two great-grandchildren, Mikey Passaro and Landin Jones; also several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236 on Sunday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Services will follow on Monday in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Condolences may be posted at

Although I only knew Mr. Marshall for a few months, I remember him as a fine man, wonderful husband, great father and awesome gardener. His garden and especially his kohlrabi was something to be envied by the neighbors. He was nice to me and I respected him. Rest in Peace, Don. Your family misses you and keeps alive your memory. God bless.
