Today will be a difficult day but also one of celebration of a life well lived. We have many memories of Uncle Don, from my childhood, to marriage giving the toast to the bride, and then hunting trips with Graham and acquiring his love for Brittany Spaniels. We stand with you all today and remember with you always.

Mom, Don, Lori, Cheryl, Doug & David: I will always remember Grandad as being the first one to call me "Mimi" and since then have been called that by many others. Also,I will always remember his hugs and smiles. and our short but meanaingful talks on the phone in the last couple of years. Please know that I will be sending you many hugs and special thoughts tomorrow as you go through this very difficult time.

Don was a blessing in our lives. He loved his food - was still commenting on the meals that Brent had prepared for them over the years when I visited them in December!
I remember when he gave my dad a chance at selling cars after retiring from Air Canada and we were appreciative of that opportunity for him.
He always treated us with dignity and respect and I look forward to meeting him again in heaven one day.
Our hearts are with all of you, love
Donna and Brent

Don was a blessing in our lives. He certainly loved his food - I visited with Don and Elsie in December and they were still talking about meals Brent had cooked for them! We were thankful for the opportunity he gave my dad to sell cars after his retirement from Air Canada.
HIs family was his pride and joy. He has gone to be with his beloved Lord now. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Love Donna and Brent

What an amazing, strong, Godly heritage your dad has left for you all to emulate. Lovely man - great life! Ushered into heaven with "Well done, my good and faithful servant!"
I have so many wonderful memories of your Dad. Your Dad always had a car for my Dad to buy and they usually did the deal over a cup of coffee. (they both loved those cars!) By the way, I inherited a lot of them! I still remember my dad driving up to the house to show off his latest treasure from GSL! I bet they're catching up over coffee, now.
You are all in my heart and prayers.

Words will never say enough of what a fine, strong and loving example you set for us Dad. We were as proud of you as you were of all of us.
Thank you, forever.
