Dear Marion and Family,
I only just heard today (Aug.13) of Don's passing, and wish to express our deepest sympathy to you. He will always be remembered in a fond way and with a smile, as I remember so many fun times when he was present. So sorry to have missed the memorial, and I don't know if Dad knew or not, but will let him know. May you find peace in his memories.

Our sympathies to the Ostrem family and to Gloria. I was away on holidays when Kent informed me of Don's passing. The world has lost a wonderful man. We are very sorry for your loss.

I love the picture of your Dad. He obviously loved his life and lived it to the fullest. He must have been thrilled when you brought Roar, a fellow sea lover, in to the family. You are really going to miss him.
