We shared being first few African Americans in Hillside, NJ; in sixties and seventies. The 1970 Hillside Afro-American Club sends our condolences. You are truly going to be missed! We still are so proud of you and happily satisfied you were a part of our lives.

Rest in eternal peace, Chop. Just like your Dad, you stood up and stood fast as a champion of the people and showed up for family in the course of your busy life. I will miss your calm demeanor and quiet intellect. As long as I've been away from my home state, I've looked for and listened to you at each broadcast opportunity, with love and pride.
