It breaks my heart to know that Robbie has passed. I will always remember him as a warm, friendly and good-humored man who was a lot of fun to be around. He had a smile and laugh that lit up the room. I am blessed to call his son, Seth, one of my best friends. I am also blessed to be a friend to his two other boys, Connor and Will, and a friend to the family. I have so many fond memories of going on outings and vacations with the Shelton family, where I was always made to feel very welcome and like I was one of them. It was always evident how much he loved and adored his family. He will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to Kelly, Seth, Connor and Will during this time.

I don´t know why he said, "Not everyone is going to like you, so just be yourself and live the way you want to!" Because if anyone ever embodied that advice, it was Shaggy. He lived authentically, unapologetically-and somehow, everyone did like him. I think everyone loved him. His presence lit up rooms, his kindness left a mark, and his words still echo. You will be deeply missed, Rob Shelton.

Still hard to believe, we lost a good guy for sure. Thoughts are with Kelly, the boys, and the rest of the Shelton family during this difficult time.

Another good one has passed, Robbie as many of you know was the embodiment of a loving caring person. He was just wired to care about humanity; in fact he cared for all life. Of course Kelly, his Sons, Mom and Dad were at the top of his hit parade. His HEART was just so big, he loved all he came to know or encounter.

The saying "he would give you the shirt off his back" allegedly was first used in 1771. Robbie was the personification of that saying; keeping its meaning alive as he meandered through life Don Quixotic style looking for those in need. Righting that which was wrong. Now we know why many times Robbie was seen without a shirt.

Brenda and I send our sympathy to Robby's family and all his friends. For those that never knew Robbie, you missed out on knowing a wonderful Son, Husband, Father, and friend to all.

Sympathy,

Marty and Brenda Feiner

I did not personally know Robbie except for our shared love of Reese's cups, but it seems he was a fantastic guy. I adore Kelly and my heart breaks for her and all the family. I will always be here for you.

I´m still processing this. His passing was sudden, and I´m not prepared for it. What makes it even harder is the distance that had grown between us. We hadn´t spoken in far too long, so now I´ll always carry the ache of not having one more conversation with him.

Rob had a sharp mind, a humanist heart, and the courage to question everything. He understood the long shadow that organized religion has cast over us. Despite all the heaviness of deeper topics, he knew the simplicity of caring about the people around you and pushing toward a better future for everyone.

It´s rare in this life to find someone who understands your beliefs but also embodies them with honesty and passion. That connection was something I´ll always treasure. His absence leaves a void, but I´ll carry his memory as a reminder to try and live with the same conviction he did.

Rest in peace, my friend. You will be missed more than words can say
