Don Shirachi was a good man. I met him when he came to Brazil to teach pharmacy. He met my aunt and fell in love with her. We would go everywhere to show nice places to him. I didn´t eat e everything as I was too boring for that. Don taught me to eat what is good and healthy. Lasanha? Nobody cooked one like him. What about Japanese food? He knew how to make it like no one else. I finally had the honor to live with him and my aunt for a year. Learned so much. Made me take a Japanese culture class at the College just to be aware of this beautiful culture. Don, you made my life better and taught me what is good and beautiful! You are always be on my mind. Love you forever, your niece Anna Luiza Coêlho.
