Donna Marie Dixon (Valliere)

Donna Marie Dixon (Valliere), a beloved mother, nana ,daughter, sister and friend passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 27, 2024 at the age of 74. Donna was born on December 29, 1949 in Warwick Rhode Island. Donna was the cherished daughter of the late Leo A. Valliere and Isabelle J. Valliere. She was preceded in death by her brother's Larry Valliere and Kenneth Valliere , and sister Robin Callipare.

Donna graduated from Mynderse Academy. She dedicated over 20 years to working at MWR at the Pax River Naval Base in Maryland, where she touched the lives of countless people with her fun loving spirit and kind heart.

In 1974 Donna was blessed with a daughter Nicole , who was the pride and joy of her life. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she devoted herself to their happiness and success.

Donna was known for kindness and generosity that was felt by all who knew her, and she was always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a word of encouragement.

In her retirement she moved to Delaware to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren and great grandchildren . Donna enjoyed spending time with he daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who affectionately called her "Nana." She loved her dog Cassie. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Donna is survived by daughter Nicole (Dana) and her grandchildren, Megan, Neven , Ethan ,Chase and Seanna. Her great grandchildren Kinleigh, and Barrett, along with several bonus grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous cousins, a niece and three nephews.

A Celebration of life will be planned in the Spring.
