I hadn't been in touch with Donna for many months. We just found this obituary and I am so sorry to hear about her passing. We were very close, born the same year and I have many cherished memories of your mom. We grew up together and were the closest of friends. Our families gathered during the summer months often at Aunt Gladys' family farm in La Grande. My mom, Beryl, had bought us matching dresses which we loved, and wore to the annual Baker Fourth of July Parade. We loved to sing duets, your mom had a beautiful voice. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding in 1951. Over the years we kept in touch, visiting as often as we could. We were a good support to each other as we both had husbands with Alzheimer's.
Would love to remain in touch. If you would like, please call or text my daughter, Bev Fletcher at 206-334-4500 for more contact information. Sending much love to all of you, Berlena Dougherty Brock.

Donna was a wonderful friend both in business and personally. I first met her when she was the manager at Rykoff in about 1980. I always looked forward to our business dealings and wonderful visits. We were privileged to know Frank too and attended their beautiful wedding. She was truly a great lady. She is missed. Condolences to her family.

sending fond thoughts of our Dear Neighbor and friend Donna to her family of a life well lived. Jim and I have many years of wonderful memories of Donna. we had lots of parties with food, drink and dance, with several of the neighbors and Donna and Frank. She was always smiling and laughing when we saw her out in her yard. Jim and Darlynn Hofferber
