Aged 41 years.
Loving Partner of John Cook, treasured Mother of Beau, Jai, Shiana, Kiah and Nyleighla.
Dearly missed by family and friends.
All are invited to attend Donna's Funeral Service to be held at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Lynch St, Drayton on Friday 2nd November, 2012 at 11.00a.m. followed by Interment at Drayton Cemetery.

i remember dancing with donna and her sisters to a song by rocky burnett at her place (primary school) ,being kids ,great memories of you Donna ,my thoughts go out to your family xxxxxkellee larfield
