Donna Wright

79, passed away on February 6th, 2023 in Strongsville, Ohio. She was born on December 27th, 1943 to the late George and Bertha (nee Russler) Basel in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Donna married Kenneth Wright on August 14th, 1965. They have been married for 57 years. Donna was a social butterfly who loved going to gatherings and parties where she could spend time with those she held the most dear. She was known for her festive attire as she had an outfit for every occasion. Donna enjoyed an active lifestyle, whether it be travelling, winters in Florida, or spending time in her backyard with family and friends. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was happiest when the family was all together. Donna is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wright; children Kathy (Jim) Borkowski, Ken (Melanie) Wright, and Keith (Liberty) Wright; grandchildren MacIntyre, Maggie, Kyle, and Nolan; and siblings George (Dolly, deceased) Basel, Greg (Theresa - deceased) Basel, and Geoff (Jan) Basel. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved daughter, who has been anxiously awaiting their reunion. VISITATION will be held on WEDNESDAY, February 8th, from 3pm- 7pm at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. FUNERAL MASS will be held on THURSDAY, February 9th at 11:30am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12700 Pearl Road, Strongsville.
