My Dear Aunt Dora...you have been gone a almost a year. You come to my mind almost daily. Your beautiful face, smile and spirit still bring a smile to my face. as i sit here in this house i remember all the love and guidance you gave me to the end, the firm hand when i got out of line, the warm food when i was sick or just hungry
and i was always hungry:) but
your talks about always praying to our lord and staying
intune with our lord and that he is always listening. so i pray:
on sunday i lost my mother and lord if your listening please take care of her, i know she is up there with you, but the selfish part of me won't let her go. i pray that she always watches over my father, sister, brother and grandchildren and her beautiful brothers and sisters and friends. i know this isn't good bye but an i'll see you later. amen.
i miss you mom! the late nights coming home from traveling or just going out and letting you know i was home by touching your leg will be missed. the talks on the phone the hugs and kisses i will cherish forever. don't worry about my the family i will take care of them mom. i will be the strong one for you....
