Aunt Dora words cannot express the love I have for you. I admire your thoughtfulness and the compassion you have for everyone. Making sure no one is left out and taken care of. A few childhood memories I would like to share are haircuts for the 1st day of school. She would always give my sister's and I haircuts before school started in elementary. I also remember as a teenager and into early adulthood going to aunt Doras house to borrow from her collection of halloween costumes. These are just a few of many memories I have of aunt Dora.

I´m blessed to call you my sister and also my friend;
You loved me and stood by me unconditionally.
You shared my joys and my sorrows, my laughter and my tears.
Seeing your strength, kindness and loyalty you gave me my inspiration.
Dora, God placed a love for you deep down in my heart and I will forever carry you there.
I can´t say good bye, goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting. So for me it´s Until we meet again.

Grandma was an amazing woman who was nice to everyone. She was fun to hang out with and her house was so cozy. I will miss our chats and watching Jazz games and other shows we liked.

Grandma will be missed. She was absolutely an example of what kind of person this world needs more of. Kind to all and helping and giving to others often.
I love you.

I knew Dora Poulsen briefly. She is the mother in law to my sister. I had the privilege of meeting her a couple of times I went to visit Lee and Kimberly in Vegas. Dora is a lovely person. She has open arms, a beautiful smile, and a warm heart. I enjoyed the talks we would have sitting in the living room or out in Baker, CA camping. I will miss her smile and hugs. I am honored to have been able to know her even it was for a short period of time. Love you Dora and I´ll miss you.

I remember the first time I met Dora . Lee took me home for Christmas and she didn´t know I was coming. She quickly went through her stash of soaps and lotions. By the time it came time to open presents I had one to open. That was just in her nature caring, giving, thoughtful, nobody left behind. I love you mom I´ll miss you dearly!!!
