Sometimes, I Google people that I remember as a kid. I happened to Google Doreen Bacur. I went to elementary school in Scituate (Clayville, Trimtown). I remember Doreen. I last saw her when I was 12 years old.She was beautiful, and a great kid. I am soooo saddened to hear of her passing. My belated condolences to all her family.

So sorry to hear about Doreen's passing , we where friends in school and enjoyed visits to each other's homes. We had our horses in common. What a beautiful girl she was. She will be missed.

To Bob and Debbie, I'm sorry for your loss. I just learned of Doreen's passing. I was a classmate back in High School and a friend. My condolences to you both and your families. We were in chorus together and now she sings with the angels in Heaven's Choir.

I am a very close friend of Doreen's from elementary school. I remember when she had her son. I visited her from Virginia where I had moved after 6th grade. I remember she worked at the zoo there in RI. Her mom let me stay the night at the family house and I remember her son. I am so sorry to hear this. We had a lot of laughs growing up and my heart goes out to her family...especially her son.

My dearest Doreen ( not of horse yrs. ) gosh, we had so many ups and downs...mostly Ups !! When I was younger,your mom wouldn't let me hang out w/ Laurie n Linda, but when I became of age oh we had some fun! We ate great food, mingled w/ a lot of people and how brown we got!! Girl, I had no idea we were living/dying of similar illness..Baby girl you have no idea how much I love you and miss you already. Since 5/17/17 I have been so depressed, for some reason reality has hit..I really didn't want to be alone...l promise I will keep in touch with Bobby and Debby and for you my love, I, am for certain We.
