Doris Bilderback

DENISON - Doris Elaine Bilderback, 79, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, June 12, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center.
Mrs. Bilderback was born February 18, 1938 in Port Arthur, Texas, the daughter of Frank and Myrtis (Perry) Feltman. She married Carl Edwin Bilderback on January 27, 1957 in Beckville, Texas. In January they celebrated 60 years of marriage with family and friends. The great joys of her life were her family, dear friends and her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Doris loved reading her Bible and singing Christian music. She taught and lived evangelism, teaching programs to churches and pastors in Virginia, Texas, Oklahoma, and the Philippines. Doris was a beautiful, loving person who radiated joy to whomever she encountered. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Bilderback leaves behind her beloved family; husband of 60 years, Carl Bilderback of Pottsboro, Texas; daughters, Deborah Clark of Pottsboro, Texas, and Sheila Richardson of Whitehouse, Texas; grandchildren, Curtis Cardwell and wife, Crystal, of North Richland Hills, Texas, Rebecca Hodge of Whitehouse, Texas, Stephanie Wolowicz of Bullard, Texas; great grandchildren, Steven Wolowicz, Donovan Hodge, Charli Cardwell, and Cooper Cardwell; and step-brother, Archie Land Jr and wife, Jenelle, of Nederland, Texas. Doris was preceded in death by her father, Frank Feltman; her mother, Myrtis Feltman Land; sister, Rebecca Goodman; brothers, Jack Feltman Sr., Steven Feltman and Billy Felt-man; nephew, Michael Kelly; step-father, Archie Land Sr.; and step brother, Archie Land Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastors Josh Burton and Tim Franklin officiating. Family and friends will gather from 5 - 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Fisher Funeral Home in Denison.
