Doris R. Bowden

I had the pleasure of working with Doris at the Masonic Home for 8 yrs. She was the most loving, giving person I had ever met. I always looked forward to my shift when I was scheduled with her. Rest in peace.....I will miss you.

I had the pleasure of being a neighbor growing up. Eddy & Doris always had a kind word and a smile for me.I was invited to many a supper & family events.They always made me feel welcome.An amazing person with a BIG heart.Thanks for all the kindness through the years even when I did,nt deserve it. One time me & her son Gary wanted to go to the movies so we used garys hair cut money (my idea) to see the picture show. Then I cut his hair myself. One look at him & doris knew! Oh boy did I catch it for that.Doris was understanding of it & told my folks not to be too hard on me. Thank you Doris. I never did attend barber school after that.They were a great family to know.Brian Kelley Manchester,N.H.

Thoughts and Prayers go out to Doris's Family. I only worked with Doris a short time but in that short time I learned that She was a very sweet, kind and thoughtful person that loved her family and people. Mrs. Bowden was one of the sweetest and kindest of all my friends' mothers. No matter what was going on in the world, she always had a smile and an open ear to listen to my problems. She has truly earned her place of eternal rest in heaven.a
