Doris always placed family right under her relationship with Jesus Christ. She and my mother were a matched set as they led our family on their watch. They were both faithful, fun and fashionable and will always be in our hearts and memories. Sixty years as a member of Mt. Zion; a tribute in and of itself. To God be the glory for the good things he has done.

She will always be dear to my heart, her grace and poise was an example to me. She had such a profound affect on my life, and she's the reason why I love books and reading. Such a testamony of God's mercy and love toward us. He put persons in our path that gently point the way. Thank God for them! Earth has lost a beautiful soul to heaven's gain.
