I am so sorry for your loss. Even though I didn't get to spend a lot of time on a regular basis with your mom, when I did get the chance every furlough year, I always looked forward to those few days of being with her. And later after I got married, I continued to enjoy our times together when we could visit your parents at either their Richmond home or the beach house.
I'm so glad I was able to come see her one last time & try to comfort her & mainly just to spend some time with her. It was difficult but well worth it, & every one of those minutes will always be precious to me. I'm just sorry those were her last few minutes here on earth with us. It's such an honor to know she was asking & waiting for me. I loved your mom very much; what a beautiful & loving lady. I can't wait to see her again in heaven one
