RACE. - Doris Alvena (nee Blair), passed away at home Jan. 6, 2000, aged 91. Loved and loving wife of Percy (dec.). Much loved mother of Howard, Trevor and Lynette. Devoted grandmother (Ma) to Jennifer, Shane, Cassandra and David. A perfectmother and a beautiful lady. Loved and admired by Jean, Joan, Lauretta, Stephen and Katherine. Most sadly missed My dearest Mum, you will never know how much I loved you and how much I will miss you. You were my strength, my counsellor, mymentor. Until we hug again - Your son Trevor Blair Race. Mum - a kind, thoughtful lady, always considered others before herself and very giving in every way - I will miss you very much. - Your loving daughter Lyn. Ma, you are the most precious and beautiful person that I've known and your family has known. Your giving spirit spread out to us all through your loving attitude and may you now be at peace with Percy and your dear Mum. With love - Your grandson Shane.
