Passed away peacefully in the Annacliffe Care Home on Saturday 14th January 2017.
The dearly loved wife
of the late Jack.
Service and cremation to be held at Carleton Crematorium on Wednesday 1st February at 1:15pm.
Flowers may be sent or donations if preferred to the P.D.S.A. (Blackpool Branch)
