Dorothy Nina Cullison

Dorothy "Dot" Nina Cullison, 77, of Chincoteague, VA, formerly of Clinton, PA, fought a long, hard and brave battle with cancer but ultimately succumbed to heart complications and passed away on June 7, 2025 at Salisbury Hospital in MD.

Born on July 29, 1947, the daughter of the late Joseph and Edith Morgan of Delmont, PA.

Dot was employed by Amerigas in Fallston, PA and Kohl's in Robinson, PA before retiring to enjoy her family.

She enjoyed camping, lounging on the beach, snuggles from her dog, Willow, hearing the little voices of her great grandchildren, spending hours on the phone with her granddaughters, and countless hours with all of her family making and cherishing precious memories.

This past year, Dot was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of moving to Chincoteague, VA and making new family memories, from beach days to ice cream nights.

She will be dearly missed by all that knew her and lovingly remembered for her compassion and support as a Mother and Grammy.

Dot is survived by her only son, Dennis and wife, Nancy Cullison; twin granddaughters and best friends, Taylor (Spencer) Rubin and Jordan Cullison; great grandchildren Rylee and newest edition, Crue. While Dot did not have the chance to meet Crue, she was with him in spirit, love and continues to watch over him daily, as she will all of the others in her life, including her bonus granddaughter, Courtney (Michael) DePaoli and great grandson, Sylvan. Also surviving is her sister, Louise (Rich) Cooley.

Proceeded in death was her soulmate, the love of her life, her husband of 37 years, Earl Cullison; sister, Pat O'Day and brother, Joseph A Morgan.

Inurnment will be handled in VA and Dot will be laid to rest with her beloved Earl, in a private ceremony, at Hopewell-Hebron Cemetery West.
