Dear “Auntie” Iris, Mr. Kelley and Ellen, I received Ellen's card this afternoon letting me know that Mrs. Kelley had passed. My heart goes out to you three more than you could ever know. Almost forty years of memories, where to start? After thinking about it for a very long time this evening, I've come up with this. OUR Miss Dorothy was and will forever be, my second mom. A loving, caring and gentle person who welcomed me as a teenager through a middle aged adult in to her home as a family member that had just left for a brief time. Much to Ellen's dismay, sometimes, I loved and treasure our chats at the kitchen nook on Vallecito Street. Also, she made the best chocolate chip cookies EVER! ? I could go on and on. Dear Loved Ones, please take solace in knowing that she's finally moving on to whatever is next for her and you are too. I love you all and always will. Robb Johnson
