To the family and son's of Dot Pender, I'm so sorry for your loss. I new your mom as a friend of Nellie Reddish but apparently your mother knew my father's family and often told me I looked like my Uncle who was lost during World War II. I always wanted to be close to the uncle I never met, and her telling me that I looked like him gave me great joy. She was very humorous and I enjoyed her company when she came and visited my mom (June Hunnefeld). She was also responsible for my mom and dad (Arthur) taking a cruise to Bermuda. which I truly believe was a high point in my father's life. As I understand the story, she booked, then decided not to go which opened up a spot for my mom and dad. She then changed her mind, if I recall, so they all went and had a wonderful time. Funny how someone can touch your LIFE in small but very meaningful ways. Take care. Beth Hunnefeld
