Scheuble, Dorothy G. formerly of Maple Grove. Dorothy was born in Carver County on 12/28/1924 and passed away peacefully on 2/21/2013 at Park View Care Center in Buffalo. Preceded in death by her parents, Alfred & Elizabeth, special friend, Donald Bush, nephews, Melvin Scheuble & Lucas Rasset and her faithful dog "Jake". Survived by a brother, Marvin (Ellen) Scheuble; many nieces, nephews & friends. Dorothy started working at Red's Café in Montrose and soon moved to the metro to work as a waitress & hostess in the Waikiki Room and the Flame Room in downtown Minneapolis. She also owned & operated the Freeway Club in N. Minneapolis. After retirement, she stayed busy with volunteer work at St. Joseph the Worker Church and the Maple Grove Community Center. She enjoyed the 500 card club, bingo and time at the lake home with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by many! Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 11 A.M. St. Joseph the Worker, 7180 Hemlock Lane N., Maple Grove, MN 763-425-6505 Visitation at the funeral home Monday 4-8 P.M. Rosary 7:30 P.M. Our deepest sympathy to Dorothy's family. We were her neighbors in Maple Grove for many years. Dorothy was a lovely, kind & caring person and we became good friends. She will be greatly missed.
