Just seeing this today. My condolences on the passing of Doug. I have fond memories of working for him at my first job out of college at Record Corner in 1984. He was a very kind man, and had such a sense of humor. I remember him telling me stories about Western State and saying that working at the record store was even more crazy than working there! He played Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run" album constantly, along with George Winston's "December." His parting advice to me was to "get a job and join the Republican party." I am pleased to learn that he was a Catholic. I myself am a convert and will pray for his eternal rest with Jesus. Blessings to his family this Christmas. I hope to have a good chat with Doug when we meet in heaven!

To the Doug Clemmer Family: My sincere sympathy in the loss of Doug. We grew up together on Peabody St. on Sears Hill. We, the Custer family, lived at #205 Peabody. Dick and I were classmates. I will share this sad news with Wayne, Linda and Dana.
