Hello Sharlene, I was deeply saddened of learing about the passing of Doug. I can't imagine the grief of losing your soulmate and such a wonderful person. I have very fond memories of pheasant hunting outings with Doug and Scott. He was a great person. Please know our heartfelt thoughts are with you and your family thru these difficult times.

I worked with Doug for over 10+ years and he would always come to work with a smile on his face.
We would talk about "The old computer days with floppy disks", cars, and the adventures he or I had with them.
There wasn't anything that I could throw at Doug that he couldn't find a way to make it happen on our computer system. He would just research it on the internet, and he made it happen.
He will be missed in more ways than one.

Doug was a a great friend and highly respected colleague. His technical skill combined with a clear understanding of the world of business made him the easiest to work with and the most accomplished applications developer I ever encountered among the dozens of programmers & analysts I have worked with over 40 years. He was an openly friendly, upbeat, worldly and humorous man who was a delight to have around. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. Having retired to Arizona, I will not be able to attend the service. My warmest regards to Sharlene and the family.

Doug was such a wonderful man. His smile lit up every where he went. He was such a wonderful
Father and husband. We were blessed to have him in our neighborhood. He and his wife´s children went to the
same schools with our children.
So much fun to see them
there and in other places in the neighborhood. He will be so missed. Peace and prayers to the beautiful DesRocher family.
Love, the vonBergen family

Doug and I were friends for the past 24 years. We both had our own computer consulting company's.
Doug deeply care about his customers and his family. He was very talented and I never had anyone complain about his work.
I was blessed to have known a remarkable person.
God is blessing everyone in Doug's family.
