It looks as though my email address didn't appear in my original post so I wanted to include it for you. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to talk. Sometimes having someone who understands the feelings you are going through is a big help. It will be 1 yr. on the 30th of this month since I lost Keith. Everyone grieves differently but many feelings are similar & if I can help in any way even just listen I would be happy to hear from you.

Even though it has been many years since we were in High School I still remember the times we spent together. My heart goes out to you & your family knowing how difficult it is to loose a husband & father so suddenly. Grieving is a difficult process but draw strength from family, friends & fond memories.
My husband Keith had a lot of respect for Doug & the knowledge he shared with him. Maybe they can share more stories now. May he rest in peace. Please contact me if you ever need anything... So many times having someone to talk to & listen makes a world of difference.
