Douglas Moore Obituary
Doug's positive outlook and ability to see the bright side of life brought joy to those around him. His legacy of love, resilience, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He is survived by his wife, Ashley Moore; children, Douglas Moore and Skyla Plata; siblings, Mary Roten, Dana Huges, Butch Moore, and Dennis Kline; and a host of aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Townley; father, Henry Moore; and sister, Tera Moore.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 17th from 11 am to 2 pm at 401 E 3rd St, Springtown, TX 76082. The Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home in Azle, Texas, is assisting the family during this difficult time. Doug will be deeply and lovingly missed by all who knew him.

Ashley, Douglas, and Skyla, I hope that all of the memories of Doug are there to comfort you during this awful time! Doug always made everyone laugh and he loved y'all so much!!!
Ashley, he adored you as his Forever love, and Everyone could see it when y'all were together!!! Douglas & Skyla, he loved y'all too! He was a great Dad and an awesome human!!!

I was so glad to meet Doug when he was in Florida. He was such a nice person had a big heart and loved everyone. He always would make someone laugh. He sure will be messed.

I will never forget going out of town with Doug and Ashley to pick up a car. We laughed so hard all the way there and back. It was always a good time and laughter with Doug and Ashley. RIP my friend
