Douglas Jay Noldy

I still miss him everyday. When we go for coffee we would watch for his bus to stop and come in and have coffee with us.
He was always there to help anyone in need.

Dougie was an all around good guy!!! He was always a great friend to my dad, but when my dad was sick and couldn’t leave the house, he really showed what a good friend he was. He would stop and see him several days a week. Lots of laughter and lots of bull too,! We all appreciated it more than he ever knew. Lots of prayers to Evelyn, the kids, grandkids, and all his brothers and sister and nieces and nephews. Not only was Doug my dads buddy, he was my husbands cousin, and he’s going to miss him a lot!!

Mr. Noldy drove my children to OLP from Scott Twp for 8 years! He always had a smile and a wave as they grew and continued on in school. Our hearts are broken. He was one of the most genuine men I have ever met! Will will miss passing his smiling face in Bus #22.

I’m so grateful to have had this man in my life, he was the best grandpa anyone could ask for. Always there when I needed him. He will be dearly missed. Love you always Papa ❤

Mr. Noldy was a big hearted man. He looked forward to driving the school bus full of Lakeland football players, band, and cheerleaders on a Friday evening competing under the lights. I'm gonna miss sitting next to him and his son Doug each Friday night as the Chiefs compete on the field. There wasn't a bigger Chiefs fan. All the students of LHS will also miss this kind man. Rest in peace My friend.

Very sorry to hear about Doug. He was a great guy. Remembering many good times with Doug, Gary and the gang back in the day at the Artisan Fire Company. I didn't see him often in the last several years but, whenever I did, I got a big pat on the back and a huge smile.

I am so sorry to hear of Dougs passing. He will be greatly missed. Pocono races won’t be the same without him.

For many years, I coached Varsity Cheerleading at Lakekand High School. Mr. Noldy was the cheerleaders favorite bus driver. We loved him. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Doug or Farmer as we called each other....always had a big smile and bear hug for me whenever he saw us. Great family and our love and prayers are with you all❤

Clint Eckley [Supt.] congratulates Doug on his last day working as a 669 Road Sprinkler fitter. He retired from H.T. Lyons and the last job he was foreman on in the background was at Lucent Technology, Briengsville, PA.

Doug was a my best friend he was a very caring man. He would help anyone that needed help. I am going to miss having coffee with him at B&B

Doug was a gentleman, a hardworking mechanic, and a friend. We enjoyed many laughs together. My condolences to Evie and family, he will be missed at our meetings and in our lives. So mote it be. Clint and Cher Eckley
