So sorry to read this. I worked with Doug in regard to job placement in the early 90's. I was placement coordinator at Northern State University in Aberdeen. He was such a pleasure to work with. God bless him and his family.

As an Augustana graduate and long time principal at Lennox High School, Doug was my first call to fill teacher vacancies. He sent me many great ones and even included his own daughter! What a joy and treasure he was as Director of Placement at Augustana.

Doug was an influence on my family. I admired him for the qualities he was able to show to others, and his positive attitude. My sympathy to his family.
