Don, Hailey, Cooper, Emma and myself are sending you and the rest of the family big hugs. We all had such great memories through the years together, birthdays, holidays. Summer vacations. And so many BBQ's! All the things that life and memories are made of. Doug was always laughing and smiling. A life well lived. God bless in this difficult time.

It was with sadness I read of Doug's death. He truly was a helper and believed that many hands made the workload lighter. He loved his family and his smile was so big when speaking or watching his family. May he rest in peace and may light perpetual shine upon him.

I'm so sorry to hear about Doug's passing. I remember fondly many days spent at your house in Rosemont as a child. Dennis and I built many things on your kitchen table and I loved the play area behind the boots at the back door. I also remember going to church with you many Sundays. Doug's wonderful smile will stay with me. Anna, Dan and Dennis, my sincere condolences.

Anna, Dan & Sandra, Dennis & Flo, and family, I am so sorry to learn of your loss, and all the more difficult to say goodbye at Christmas.
Doug made a huge contribution to the dance community in Regina through his devoted work -- and play! -- with Regina Ballroom Dancing Club. Reading the obituary, I learned things about him I didn't know but clearly he brought the same energy and commitment to all he undertook. He was such a romantic, right to the end, and I know he will be sorely missed.
