Dr. Diane Nagasaka MD Obituary
Dr. Nagasaka graduated from UCLA Medical School and did her Intern and Family Practice Residency at San Bernadino County Hospital
Dr Nagasaka was a respected Family Practitioner at the Maui Medical Group with a reputation for devotion to her work and patients wellbeing. She was also an avid tennis player and actively participated in tennis events around Maui.
Sadly missed by family and many in the Maui community.

She became my doctor when I first moved from O´ahu to Maui in 1988. I absolutely adored her . I moved over to Kaiser when I decided to get my weight under control with gastric bypass surgery a few years later. My favorite memory is walking into her office coughing strenuously. When I finally went into her back room she looked verysrurprised it was me. Patti, she said with wide open eyes and a shocked look on her face. I thought the person outside had whooping cough! I could hear you way back here, with her usual big smile. She will always be My Dr Nagasaka. I love you . Aloha,

Diane was a star in many ways. One was assisting with word and deed those who needed a boost. She welcomed into the community tennis players who knew few local people. Diane also got to appropriate medical care those who did not know the way.
A truly kind person, Diane was a comfort to many of us who admired her courage. Warmest aloha to her family. Her memory lives on not only in them. To her family, thanks to you for sharing her with the community.
You now have the wonderful legacy of her example to us.
