I'm sorry I can't attend Buddy's celebration. I know I'll miss some good stories that should be preserved. [Maybe a couple that shouldn't. :-) ] Many of us will miss him for various reasons, but most important, we'll miss his spirit-filled life. CK

Buddy will be missed by all of his Sugar Land family. I grew up down the street from the Wheelers. There was always an adventure on Lakeview in the 50´s and 60´s. Buddy and the alligator was my favorite. He was a good man, and a good dentist. Warm hugs and prayers to the entire family. Rest In Peace.

I treasure the many memories I shared with Buddy and Toni. My thoughts are with you and your family as you move through this tough time.

Toni, I am saddened to learn of Buddy"s passing. as you know he was my dental school classmate, lab partner and . I am sorry that his love of the Gulf Coast and my love of Southwest Texas separated us all these years. On the bright side I am happy that Buddy found a friend in Jesus, and that we will meet again. my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Toni, I am so saddened learning of Buddy´s passing. My deepest sympathies to you and all your family. I am flooded with so many happy memories with y´all when we were young and spent so much time together in Rockport and doing trips and even dental school days. My sincere condolences to the Wheeler family. Buddy was a friend to the Gandy family for so many years. He always had a big smile, a hardy handshake and a story to tell. I know he is in Heaven, he and my Dad are planting a garden and planning a fishing outing. R.I.P. my friend.

I worked for Buddy in 1970. He and his wife, Toni, changed my live forever. They taught me to love dentistry. They talked me into going to dental hygiene school. I have practiced in Huntsville for almost 50 years. I never met two more kinder, sweeter people than the Wheelers. God has another Angel in heaven!!!!

Deepest sympathy to family and friends. Knew the Wheelers from grade school! Memories of life in Sugar Land growing up was the best a small town life we could have. Prayers for comfort.

The first time I met Buddy he acted like he already new me. Each time we saw each other he acted like we were old friends. I came to realize he wasn´t acting. Gonna miss him...

I am so sorry to hear of your loosing your husband and father. I am glad that I met your sweet husband, Buddy at our class reunion a number of years ago. You two were a very special couple. I enjoyed reading about your life experiences. You two have experienced a wonderful life together. Having lost my husband over 10 years ago, I understand the void their passing can bring. However, knowing that he had a strong faith in Jesus brings you so much comfort. Be blessed, Toni, and know that you are being showered with prayers.
