I went to elementary, high, junior college and The University of Texas with Larry and thought the world of him. May God bless his family in his loss. Ralph K. Banks, Austin, Tx

Larry was one of the nicest men I have known, always smiled and enjoyed life. I always enjoyed playing golf with he and Nancy. A true Texan and Gentleman .

To Dr. Lawrence’s family, I was a patient of his when we first moved back to Texas in the early 1970’s. He was a dear and loving doctor. He always made me feel so special. I was so afraid to see a dentist and he took my fears away. God truly blessed your family with this wonderful man as a father, brother and son in your life. Sending my deepest condolences and sympathies to you all with many prayers and love as you mourn the loss of this great man. May Dr. Larry rest in peace throughout all eternity.

Nancy, I'm just now reading this and am very sorry that Larry is gone. I would have been at the funeral had I known. We had a common interest in old cars, and if I can help you with anything in that regard, please let me know. Bonham won't quite be the same without Larry.

I am so very sorry I did not hear about Larry's passing until after the service. I wanted to send my deepest sympathies to Brit, Brian and the entire Lawrence family. He was such a great man who I'll always hold dear in my heart. My Dad used to take us to Larry's office, after business hours, to work on our teeth, since he was not allowed to do so at the V.A. Those are just a few of my great childhood memories of Larry. Even as I became an adult, I loved and respected him just the same. I am truly sorry for your loss and so sorry I missed the service. My prayers are with all of you. He is now another one of God's angels.

Of course I first met Dr. Lawrence as a very young dental patient of his. And when you live in a very small town like Bonham, I can say, “I’ve literally known him all my life.” He was always a very nice man who would stop and visit when he happened to see me around town. RIP Mr. Doc.
