Angie,
Bob was a good high school friend sharing many memories of cars, dating girls and fun with all our school buddies. Under Bob and Charlie's guidance we built a porch cover for our first house. Kathy and I have fond memories of your wedding and his
grade school reunion. As a fellow vet I salute Bob and may he rest in peace. Angie be well

Angie,
I happened upon this sad news when I was looking up "Pringle."
This is Meredith, Eileen's daughter. I last talked, and was counseled by, Cousin Bobby 20 years ago when my mom was first diagnosed. I must say that I think he was one of her favorite people even though they kind of lost touch. I have a picture of my mom and Bobby pushing me in the snow on the beach in AC when I was a baby! I think I saw you last around 1990ish at Aunt Teresa and Uncle Chic's house.
Id like to communicate with you. So sorry we all didn't see each other more. My mom would be heartbroken. Much love to you and the kids and grandkids.

I am deeply saddened to have come upon this news. Dr.Bob as we called him at GFH was one of the good ones. He was so personable and easy to work with. Lots of laughs. It was a great loss to us when he retired and a greater loss for you with his passing. It was a true privilege to have known and worked with him. I wish peace and comfort for you and your family.

Angela and family - I was so sorry to hear this news. Bob was a special person and I was privileged to know him as a surgeon and an administrator. I remember the night I met him, in the ICU, after a bus accident where several patients required surgery. Bob calmly and steadily worked through the situation all the while communicating with the families of the patients. It left an impression on me that lasted 25 years. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Angela and family
we are wishing you courage and peace during this time of sorrow. Our hearts go out to you. We are deeply sorry for the loss of your husband and father.
Bob was a member of Bishop McDevitt High School Class of 1965.
On behalf of the Class of 1965, we mourn Bob´s passing.
Bob will be remembered at the Alumni Memorial Mass which
will be held Sunday November 5, 2023 at
Saint Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church 2316 Fairhill Ave, Glenside, PA.
It was morning, and we grew up with them.

It was noon, and we laughed and danced with them.

It was evening and they went away.

But their memories echo softly.

I went to sea with Bob 5 or 6 times in the late 60's early 70's. He was one of the good ones and even though I haven't seen him since then I miss him. The world was a better place with him here. My deepest condolences to Angie and the rest of his family.

Dear Angie and family, I am saddened to hear of Dr. Pringle's passing. We worked together at GFH twice. Both of us left for other adventures, then returned home. He was wonderful to work with and a kind and thoughtful mentor. He always had a story and laugh to share, especially those about joining an Italian household after you and he were married. His face would light up when talking about his children and it was easy to see he was so proud. He will certainly be remembered by all and I am grateful to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Wishing you peace, Antoinetta

I am so sorry to hear of Bob´s passing. I only worked with him for a short time at Adirondack Surgical before he retired from the practice. But I was fortunate enough to have our paths cross once again and we were able to work together over the last few years at Glens Falls Hospital before his move to Colorado. He always made me laugh, even on difficult days. We have all suffered a terrible loss and he will be sorely missed.

Dear Angie and family,
I never expected this! Bob was a good friend, a great partner and a wonderful surgeon. I will miss him acutely and am so sorry for your loss. We worked closely for years. You should be proud to remember him, not only as a loving husband and father, but also as a talented surgeon, admired by all.
I grieve his loss deeply. If I ascend, instead of descend when I die, I know I´ll see Bob again and I hope that we can have a beer together and reminisce!
I´ll plant a tree for Bob, but only a redwood would do and won´t be easy to find. Call if we can do anything for you and yours.

Angie, I'm deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Bob's passing. May God bless you and your family as you mourn. Dr. Bob was always kind, thoughtful, generous, diplomatic and present to those with whom he interacted. I believe these were wonderful attributes that served him well in life. I was happy to see Dr. Bob enjoy leadership roles later in his career, a natural fit for him. He was a mentor to many from what I know. His favorite role, evident to all, was his role as husband, father and family man. In any interactions with Dr. Bob, he made me feel valued. May he rest in God's love and peace.

WhenBob was a Chief Resident in Albany Medical Center , I was a medical student and was interested in pursuing a career in surgery. He encouraged me to do an extra rotation in my 4 th year during which I was apprenticed to him as a sub intern. It is largely due his personal example, work ethic and performance as a Chief Resident that I applied for a Surgical Residency. For that I remain indebted to him
My heartfelt condolences go out to his Wife and family

I will remember Dr Pringle with admiration as he always presented with professionalism to ALL who work with him... our PACU staff always knew he was available to us, and came in with patience and left with us with a smile. Will be forever grateful that when he left his surgical career, he still maintained his presence, just walking through to keep in touch with staff... Thank you ...RIP....

So sad to hear this news! My memories of him go back to my early teen years, spending many winters in ice rinks. When I decided to pursue a career in medicine he was first in line to step up and help me get experience and navigate the way. Fast forward many years and I had the privilege to work under his administrative lead as a PA in Glens Falls Hospital. He was a wonderful man that would do whatever it took to help those around him! I send my condolences to Angela, Chris, and Kyra!

Angela and family, I´m so sad to learn of Bob´s passing. I worked with Dr. Bob for seven years at Glens Falls Hospital. He had the best sense of humor and the best attitude. I am very sad to learn of Bob's passing. "Dr. Bob" was a trusted consultant when I was practicing gastroenterology; later, I succeeded Bob as Chief Medical Officer at Glens Falls Hospital. I remember Bob's sense of humor and laugh; his stories, followed by "you can't make this stuff up"; his consideration when helping to formulate a care plan for a patient; his expressed love of Angie; his life out west; his family; and his joy to have had the honor of being a surgeon even later in life. My condolences to his friends, his colleagues, and most es[ecially, to his family.

I have just learned of this sad news. "Dr. Bob" was a trusted surgical consultant when I practiced gastroenterology, and I was a successor to Bob as the Chief Medical Officer at Glens Falls Hospital. Other than his judicious nature, I best remember his laugh, his frequent reference to events which were followed by "you can´t make this stuff up"; his love of his family; his love of his new life out west; and his joy for having the honor of being a surgeon even later in life. Bob himself was a joy, and I mourn his loss along with all who knew him and certainly along with his family.
