Lee, Warren, and Brandon:
I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your father and grandfather. I just found the obituary in Wabash Magazine which lead me to the one online.
I met Tad at Wabash College where were both were non-Greek, lived near each other in rented private rooms off-campus, and were both physics majors (a small group of people). I learned a lot from Tad there. He taught me about electronics, soldering, building Heath kits and more. I still have a speaker cabinet he built.
Later he was the one that suggested we apply to Duke University together. Both working on our doctorates in physics there, we roomed together in the Men's Graduate Dorm. It was there I learned to listen to the classical music he played on his component sound system. We both spent long hours in the physics building but in very different environments.
He was the best man at my wedding and I loaned him my car when he and Barbara went off to get married.
After we left Duke, we had little opportunity to see each other but we remained in touch over the many years. He will certainly be missed.

Dear Paul, Lori and Brandon,
May the joy you have all spent together keep you strong during this tough time. I know you have many happy memories with your dad and your father knows how blessed he was to have you all as the best neighbors he could have! Prayers for all of you.
