I was so sorry to hear that Dr Palte had died. Even though communication was difficult I enjoyed our visits and came to appreciate his sense of humor, his knowledge and his strength.

I work with Dr Palte for many years. He was a very good employee for the USDA! I worked for ODA. He will be missed greatly! I will never forget him. He was a wonderful man and very honest! God bless him and his family!
